Reliable Cargo and Couriers provides cargo and courier services, including air freight forwarding, personal and commercial cargo, customs clearance, and warehousing, as described on this site.
Shipments and prohibited items
You are responsible for providing accurate shipment and contact details. Prohibited or restricted goods — including hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials, illegal items, and anything restricted by airline or customs regulations — must not be shipped. Customs duties or taxes may apply and are assessed by customs.
Delivery
We deliver door-to-door inside the Kathmandu Valley and forward shipments outside the valley through local partners, where the recipient collects from the partner's station. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on flights, customs clearance, and partner schedules; they are not guaranteed.
Liability
